Overview

The Crucible Smelting Furnace is a high-efficiency melting and refining equipment designed by our company specifically for low-melting-point, small-batch non-ferrous metals and alloys (such as aluminum, lead, tin, molybdenum-magnesium alloy, etc.), which can perfectly adapt to the continuous production requirements of various die-casting machines and robotic arms. The equipment uses flexible and diverse heating fuel methods, including natural gas, oil, biomass fuels, etc., to meet different process requirements; at the same time, it provides customized crucible solutions according to the characteristics of different metals, suitable for smelting operations of zinc, aluminum, lead, and other metals.

Furnace Construction

Inner Lining of the Furnace

  • Main Lining: Available in either fully brick-laid high-alumina bricks or poured refractory material, offering excellent high-temperature performance.
  • Insulation Layer: Uses ceramic fiber blanket to effectively reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency.

Crucible Material

  • Multiple options available: graphite crucibles or high-temperature heat-resistant alloy crucibles, featuring fast heat conduction, long service life, meeting different metal smelting needs.

Combustion System

  • Fuel Diversity: Supports multiple combustion methods such as natural gas and oil.
  • Energy Efficiency: Equipped with high-performance burners, saving 10-20 cubic meters per ton or more of natural gas compared to similar products in the market.
